The Hamilton Yoga Institute


So Sorry Everyone! The website has been down due to technical difficulties, but thanks to my website manager we are up and running again, and I am able to make the following announcement.

To all students of the Hamilton Yoga Institute, after 41 years of Teaching Traditional Hatha Yoga, it saddens me to announce the closing of the Institute.

It has been my pleasure, and a great privilege, to introduce so many wonderful students to the art of traditional yoga practice. I miss you and you will always have a place in my heart.

I am currently teaching a few small classes in a private home studio on the east mountain. The space accommodates six students and the winter term filled up very quickly.
Registration for future terms will be on a first come first served basis as spaces open up, And these classes are only open to students who have trained at the yoga institute.
